Ingredients

  • maple syrup 0.5 cups
  • sunflower seed butter 0.5 cups
  • oat flour 0.25 cups
  • oat flakes 2.5 cups
  • sunflower seeds 0.3333333333 cups
  • pumpkin seeds 0.3333333333 cups
  • blueberry 0.5 cups
  • chocolate chips 2 tablespoons
  • salt 1 pinch

Instructions

  1. If making your own oat flour, blend oats until fine.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the maple syrup and seed butter until smooth.
  3. Stir in the oat flour and salt until combined.
  4. Add the rolled oats, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, dried blueberries, and mini chocolate chips. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.
  5. Line a 23 x 23 cm tray with parchment paper. Press the mixture firmly into the tray.
  6. Let the mixture sit to allow the oats to absorb the moisture.
  7. Cut the bars in the tray, then carefully remove them.

Serving suggestions

A room-temperature lunch box bar; serve with fruit or yogurt.

Store at room temperature for up to 6 days.
