- buckwheat groats 50 grams
- farmer's cheese 50 grams
- egg 1 piece
- flaxseed 1 teaspoon
- bran 1.5 tablespoons
- white onion 0.5 small pieces
- salt 1 to taste
- black pepper 1 to taste

Instructions
- Cook the buckwheat groats according to the instructions on the package. Set aside to cool.
- Finely chop the onion and sauté it in a pan.
- Mash the low-fat cottage cheese with a fork.
- In a bowl, mix the cooled buckwheat groats, mashed cottage cheese, sautéed onion, and ground flaxseed. Add the egg.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
- Set the mixture aside for a few minutes.
- Form patties from the mixture and coat them in bran.
- Preheat the oven to 180-200°C. Place the patties on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, turning the patties carefully after 15 minutes.
