Chicken Breast Baked with Mozzarella, Tomato, and Basil

- chicken breast 1 piece
- mozzarella 0.5 pieces
- tomato 1 piece
- salt 1 to taste
- black pepper 1 to taste
- clarified butter 1 tablespoon
- basil 3 pieces
Tools

- cutting-board
- pan
- oven
- bowl
- meat-tenderizer
Instructions
- Gently pound the chicken breast with a meat mallet. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat clarified butter in a pan.
- Fry the chicken for 3 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Transfer the cooked chicken to a baking dish.
- Cut the tomato into 3 thick slices. Place the tomato slices on the chicken. Lightly season with salt and pepper.
- Slice the mozzarella into 3 pieces and place on top of the tomato. Arrange the basil leaves on top.
- Place everything in an oven preheated to 180°C (356°F) and bake for 15 minutes.
