Ingredients
- salmon fillet 2 pieces
- turmeric root 1 piece
- salt 1 teaspoon
- black pepper 0.5 teaspoons
- lemon 1 piece
- dried thyme 1 sprig
- broccoli 0.5 cups
- white onion 1 piece
- fresh ginger root 2 ounces
- extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons
- garlic clove 2 cloves

Instructions
- Peel the turmeric and blend with olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Marinate the salmon fillets in the turmeric oil and let rest for at least 2 hours.
- Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into small florets, and the zucchini and onion into cubes. Blanche the broccoli, cauliflower, and zucchini in boiling water with salt for 3 minutes.
- Chop the garlic and peeled ginger. In a cold sauté pan, place olive oil, garlic, and ginger. Set to high temperature. Once hot, add all the vegetables and sauté.
- In a nonstick pan, cook the marinated salmon, skin side down first, then on the sides, until the desired doneness is reached.
