Ingredients

  • yellow cheese 120 grams
  • wholegrain tortilla 120 grams
  • tomato 170 grams
  • cucumber 150 grams
  • lettuce 40 grams
  • mayonnaise 25 grams
  • plain Greek yogurt 75 grams
  • garlic clove 16 grams
  • salt 1 to taste
  • black pepper 1 to taste
  • marjoram 1 to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. In a bowl, mix the garlic with mayonnaise, natural yogurt, salt, pepper, and marjoram. Set the sauce aside in the refrigerator.
  2. Slice the tomato thinly and cut the cucumber into sticks.
  3. Layer on the tortilla wraps: slices of cheese, lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and cucumber sticks.
  4. Drizzle the vegetables with the prepared garlic sauce and roll up the tortillas.
  5. Cut the rolls in half. Wrap the bottom part of each tortilla in aluminum foil.
