- yellow cheese 120 grams
- wholegrain tortilla 120 grams
- tomato 170 grams
- cucumber 150 grams
- lettuce 40 grams
- mayonnaise 25 grams
- plain Greek yogurt 75 grams
- garlic clove 16 grams
- salt 1 to taste
- black pepper 1 to taste
- marjoram 1 to taste

Instructions
- Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. In a bowl, mix the garlic with mayonnaise, natural yogurt, salt, pepper, and marjoram. Set the sauce aside in the refrigerator.
- Slice the tomato thinly and cut the cucumber into sticks.
- Layer on the tortilla wraps: slices of cheese, lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and cucumber sticks.
- Drizzle the vegetables with the prepared garlic sauce and roll up the tortillas.
- Cut the rolls in half. Wrap the bottom part of each tortilla in aluminum foil.
