  • mango 150 grams
  • salmon fillet 90 grams
  • mozzarella 7 pieces
  • arugula 5 handfuls
  • lemon 2 tablespoons
  • extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon
  • basil 1 handful
  • black pepper 1 to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the mango into cubes, the salmon into small pieces, and the mozzarella balls in half.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix olive oil with lemon juice.
  3. Arrange the arugula on a platter, scatter the mozzarella, salmon, mango, and a few torn basil leaves over it.
  4. Drizzle the salad with the prepared lemon-olive dressing and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
