- avocado 2 pieces
- egg 4 pieces
- salt 1 to taste
- ground black pepper 1 to taste
- feta 1 to taste
- tomato 1 to taste
- parsley 1 to taste
Tools
- oven
- knife
- spoon
- bowl
- baking dish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220 °C).
- Slice the avocados in half lengthwise, remove the pits, and scoop out some of the flesh to create a larger cavity for the eggs.
- Place the avocado halves in a baking dish or other small oven-safe dish so they stay upright.

- Bake until the egg whites are set and the eggs are cooked to your liking.
- Add feta cheese, tomato, and parsley on top if desired, then serve.
