- butter 50 grams
- honey 45 grams
- oat flakes 200 grams
- orange juice 75 milliliters
- raisin 50 grams
- dried apricot 50 grams

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F (fan 160°C/325°F).
- Lightly grease a flat 20 cm baking dish.
- Melt the spread with the honey in a pan.
- Stir in the rolled oats, orange juice, sultanas, and dried apricots until the oats are evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased dish and press it down well.
- Bake until golden brown.
- Mark into 12 squares and leave to cool in the dish before removing.
